Sanjaya Yaddehige, CFA, MBA
Sanjaya Yaddehige is a seasoned financial and strategic leader with over 25 years of global experience in commercial lending, investment banking, and food manufacturing across Canada, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. He has a proven track record of driving transformational growth, holding C-suite and Board positions at multinational companies and advising on mergers and acquisitions for mid-sized, family-owned businesses worldwide. In Canada, Sanjaya served as Regional Director at Scotiabank and CIBC, leading teams of over 20 commercial bankers and managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios for 500+ mid-sized business clients in the GTA. He was also the CEO and Board Member of Bio Foods Private Limited, a portfolio company of GLS Bank Group (Germany), and former CEO of Kenanga Investment Corporation (Sri Lanka-Malaysia).
Sanjaya holds an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, England, and is a CFA charterholder. With deep expertise in global markets and a strategic approach to business growth, he continues to advise organizations on financial and operational excellence. Outside of work, Sanjaya enjoys reading and travelling. He is also actively involved in charity fundraising initiatives, including Coldest Night and cancer research efforts.
James Wolanski, CFA
James Wolanski has 30 years of experience in finance and capital markets in senior leadership positions. Throughout his career he has built high-performance teams that delivered outstanding results. Currently, he is acting as CFO for Nanashake and Strategic Advisor to Nexus Partners. At TD Securities James was the Managing Director, Head of Retail & Wealth Distribution & Product Innovation where he managed teams across North America. He is known for delivering innovative solutions, cultivating strong partnerships, strategic vision and driving growth through change.
James has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Outside of work James spends time traveling with his family, plays golf and hockey.
Weng Pan, CFA
Weng Pan has over a decade of experience in commercial banking with CIBC and Scotiabank where he led the structuring, analysis, and execution of loans with a focus on mid-market companies. He has extensive experience in collaborating with banking partners in Risk Management, Capital Markets, Trade Finance, and Leasing to deliver tailored solutions for clients. He has an established track record in advising a diverse range of businesses to support their strategic objectives.
Weng holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, Weng enjoys reading, training jiu-jitsu, and exploring hiking trails. He participates in fundraising events involving cancer research and food insecurity.
